Information: Server Status Check:
Self checks are run around the clock to determine the status of the servers. In case of failure, the relevant contact persons are immediately alerted. As a result, over 90% of all faults experienced in the past could be fixed within such a short time span that our customers did not experience any appreciable effect on the functionality of their systems at all.
